EVA-SYS is a modular frame system designed for poultry house cooling, barn cooling and greenhouse cooling systems. Our system, designed to increase the efficiency of your poultry house, barn and greenhouse, provides higher efficiency with the inclusion of exhaust fans in the system. EVA-SYS is a low-cost, high-efficiency system.
Our system is an innovative Evaporative pad frame system that is easy to install, maintain and easy to replace Evaporative cooling pads. Since our systems are self-contained, they do not require an external water tank. The system can be installed in the desired pad size and desired length.
This innovative system offers efficient water management with a set of essential features:
1. Water Reservoir: The lower channel acts as a reservoir, eliminating the need for an underground tank.
2. Automatic Refilling: The float system automatically refills the water level when it drops.
3. Modular Design: Adjustable length and height for flexible installation.
4. Easy Maintenance: Pads can be easily attached and detached thanks to a special locking system.
5. Drain Valve: Includes a valve for easy cleaning of the channels.
6. UV-Resistant PVC: Made from UV-protected PVC for durability.
7. Long-Lasting: More durable than metal-framed systems and has no risk of rusting.

PVC PLASTIC FRAME LOWER CHANNEL (TANK)
The lower reservoir where water is stored. Thanks to the durable and large water reservoir, there is no need to add a separate water tank to the system.
LOCKING SYSTEM
Allows the system to be opened from the top, enabling easy removal of the pads at the end of the season.
Cooling pads can be easily cleaned and replaced, which extends the lifespan of the cooling pads.
WATER DISTRIBUTION PIPE
Helps filter water from the distribution pipe holes, allowing it to flow over the cooling pads from above.
STAINLESS STEEL OR PLASTIC BRACKETS
These brackets allow the system to be mounted on a wall or panel.
